Innovo Build and REDCON Construction have established a joint alliance, combining international project delivery experience with Egyptian market capabilities. Following a competitive tender process against leading construction firms, the newly formed venture secured its first contract valued at over 12 billion Egyptian pounds.

The contract covers infrastructure and contracting works for the “DP03 East” package at “Wadi Yam” in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, which serves as Modon Developments’ flagship project in Egypt. The development covers a built-up area of 323,000 square metres and is set to be completed within 21 months.

The project features more than 660 residential units, including standalone villas and townhouses, alongside a commercial mall, public service areas, scenic lakes, extensive landscaping, and road paving. Advanced engineering and eco-friendly construction techniques will be integrated throughout the development to reduce carbon footprints and support efficiency in major urban projects.
