Construction is officially underway at Reportage Group’s latest premium residential site in Abu Dhabi, following a groundbreaking ceremony on Saadiyat Island. The official event took place on Friday, 05 June 2026, marking the developer’s first entry into the prestigious cultural and tourist district. Work on the site has started just five months after the development was first unveiled to the public.

Company executives stated that the quick transition from planning to physical construction highlights the efficiency of their internal operations. While property developments in the region frequently face long delays before construction begins, this project is progressing ahead of typical market timelines. Saadiyat Island is currently seeing significant capital injection from Abu Dhabi as a key hub for high-end hospitality, art, and natural preservation, which helps sustain property values and local demand.

Reportage Group has previously delivered residential communities across several other areas in the UAE capital. With this new project, the firm aims to establish a high-end footprint on the island while maintaining its usual pricing strategy to attract a wider pool of property buyers and real estate investors.

The design framework for the development is based on the Italian word for “the senses”. The project features flowing structural shapes designed to maximise exposure to natural light, utilising specific materials intended to create an environment focused on resident wellbeing and creative living.
