Reportage Group has officially started construction on Sensi, a luxury housing development situated on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The groundbreaking event took place on 05 June 2026, just five months after the initial project launch. This marks the developer's first project in the culturally significant district, aiming to deliver upscale architecture combined with competitive pricing for investors and homeowners.
Construction has commenced on King + Park, an ambitious mixed-use masterplan development at the gateway to Burnaby, British Columbia. Joint venture partners Crestpoint Real Estate Investments, Vestcor and Anthem Properties celebrated the milestone alongside local officials. The transit-oriented scheme will deliver vital rental housing across multiple phases and includes the extensive refurbishment of a landmark 50-year-old local office tower.
Construction has officially begun on the civil aviation component of Phan Thiet Airport, a project valued at over 3,900 billion VND. Led by Sun Group, the 4E-standard airport is expected to be completed within two years. Located in Mui Ne, the facility features a Champa-inspired terminal designed to handle two million passengers annually, marking a significant milestone for regional connectivity and tourism.
SLP has officially broken ground on SLP Park Tien Du, a major ready-built factory development in Bac Ninh province. This project marks the eighth venture for the industrial developer in Vietnam. Situated within the Dai Dong Hoan Son Industrial Park, the facility will provide over 74,000 square metres of Grade-A space. The development is designed to meet growing demand for operational-ready infrastructure amongst global manufacturers.
