Aspect Development, a leading Egyptian real estate developer, has unveiled plans to broaden its presence beyond Egypt with significant projects in the United Arab Emirates and Greece, alongside the advancement of its flagship development in Cairo. In the UAE, the developer will debut Winds Abu Dhabi in September 2025, marking its first project in the capital. Delivered in partnership with Aldar Properties, the scheme comprises two residential towers offering 104 units. Located just 10 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 8 minutes from Disneyland Abu Dhabi, the development has a target sales value of around USD 33 million. Aspect describes the project as a new benchmark for luxury living, incorporating sustainable design, wellness-focused facilities, and landscaped communal areas.

The company is also expanding into Greece, where it has already secured five projects in prime coastal destinations. Designed to capture the Mediterranean lifestyle, these developments combine architectural refinement with strong investment appeal. Buyers will also benefit from Golden Visa eligibility, enhancing the international draw of the portfolio, which has a combined target sales of approximately USD 59 million.

Back home in Egypt, Aspect is consolidating its position with a landmark 12-acre residential project in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, located at the end of Street 90 – New Cairo 1. Target sales for the scheme are valued at about USD 312 million. The development will integrate premium housing, vibrant retail, and extensive green spaces, forming a self-sustaining community that reflects Egypt’s ongoing urban transformation. With multiple projects already underway, Aspect continues to align itself with the country’s long-term growth strategy.
