Ennismore has partnered with Central Group Capital to introduce the luxury all-inclusive Rixos brand to Thailand. Following an extensive refurbishment, Rixos Water World Phuket will open in early 2028 along Mai Khao beach. The 600-room development features a landmark integrated waterpark, five dining venues, conference facilities and sports hubs, expanding Rixos’ presence across Asia alongside its upcoming resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
Arlington City Council has backed a major redevelopment scheme to turn 7.3 acres of central surface parking into a multi-purpose complex. Private firm Trammell Crow Company will construct at least 390 homes, commercial space and a 600-car garage, investing over $123 million. The municipality retains land ownership whilst acquiring a new Water Utilities office, infrastructure and 197 free public parking spaces under a 99-year lease agreement.
Work has officially started on a major AI-ready data centre at Oxagon in NEOM. HUMAIN and DataVolt have partnered to build an initial 100MW phase of a larger 360MW facility on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. Expected to open in 2028, the site combines renewable power, advanced cooling and high-density computing clusters. The project marks the first step in DataVolt's wider plan for a 1.5GW campus.
