ESR-REIT has secured a S$200 million sustainability-linked unsecured revolving credit facility from Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. The manager, ESR-REIT Management (S) Limited, announced that trustee Perpetual (Asia) Limited finalised the agreement. The money will support general corporate needs, including debt refinancing and asset upgrades across the group. The two-year agreement strengthens the trust's capital position while aligning its financial operations with clear corporate environmental goals.
Urban Story Ventures has announced a $350 million retail and residential district for the Bend in Chattanooga, set to begin construction in 2027. Delivered alongside Hill Partners and Perkins&Will, the open-air riverfront scheme will feature shops, restaurants, Class A office space, and housing. The project is projected to generate more than 1,000 jobs and over $100 million in gross sales, with completion expected in autumn 2028.
Direct commercial lender X-Caliber Capital Holdings has closed an additional $131 million Rural PACE-X financing deal for Phase II of Marcella Landing in Park City, Utah. Developed by Reef Capital Partners, the ultra-luxury ski community has now received $313.2 million in total funding from X-Caliber. The capital will fund a second phase of townhomes and supporting infrastructure at Deer Valley East Village.
L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Onshore has signed a contract to construct an ultra-mega gas compression project for a client in the Middle East. Following a letter of award in FY26, the firm will deliver new onshore infrastructure to process sour gas. The scope includes engineering, procurement and construction of compression plants alongside two 230 kV extra-high-voltage substations to power the site.
The Dallas City Plan Commission has approved a major zoning change request for Therme Group’s proposed wellbeing resort along the Trinity River. Positioned near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the project aims to generate hundreds of jobs, boost local tax revenues, and bridge South Dallas with the city’s downtown district. The plan now moves to the Dallas City Council for final review this autumn.
Marriott International has partnered with Shanghai SIIC North Bund New Landmark Construction and Development Co., Ltd. to introduce the world's first urban Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Shanghai. Set to open in 2030 within a 480-metre high-rise in the North Bund district, the 110-room hotel will make Shanghai the only city to host all eight Marriott luxury brands.
