Express logistics operator NACEX by Logista Netherlands has secured 1,404 sq m at Barnsteen 11 on a pre-completion lease. The gas-free facility features dedicated photovoltaic panels and battery storage systems to serve high-demand transport corridors.
Ayala Land has signed land lease agreements with Makro Philippines to open wholesale stores across four major mixed-use developments. Covering Cloverleaf, Broadfield, Arca South, and Evo City, the deal expands Ayala's partnership with CP Axtra. ESR has named Dalmar Sheikh as Chief Executive Officer of ESR Data Centres, starting 1 September 2026. UAE developer Arada has expanded into Queensland with plans for an AED5 billion twin-tower residential development in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Marking its first project outside New South Wales, the scheme will deliver 952 homes ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Arada’s subsidiary, Roberts Co, will handle construction.
Keppel has secured 50 MW of new data centre capacity in Singapore to build an AI-ready facility on Jurong Island. The project, named Keppel DC SGP 11, will involve an investment exceeding S$1 billion. It was granted under the second Data Centre Call for Application, a competitive process jointly managed by the Economic Development Board and the Infocomm Media Development Authority that drew over 20 proposals.
