Global hospitality firm Banyan Group has officially entered the United States market with the launch of Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach. This project is a collaboration with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development. It represents the first time the flagship Banyan Tree brand has offered branded residences in the country. The development is situated in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, a region seeing rapid growth in its property sector.

The project features a sculpted tower containing 88 private residences. These range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts, including a selection of penthouses. Every unit has been designed as a corner residence to provide multi-directional views and natural light. Residents will have access to wraparound terraces and private elevator entries in most homes. The design team includes Pritzker Prize-winning firm OMA, interior designers Yabu Pushelberg and landscape architect Enzo Enea.

Sustainability is a core focus of the build, with architecture grounded in carbon-conscious operations and natural materials. Facilities at the site include a resort-style pool, a spa with cryotherapy and a hammam, and dedicated meditation spaces. Owners will also join The Sanctuary Club, giving them silver-service access to over 100 Banyan Group hotels and resorts worldwide.
