IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened the first Garner hotel in Türkiye with the launch of Garner Hotel Istanbul – Airport Arnavutköy. Located just 14 kilometres from Istanbul Airport, the 56-room property is designed to provide comfort, convenience, and value for both business and leisure travellers, marking a key milestone for IHG’s expanding Garner portfolio.

The Savannah Convention Center Authority and Hilton have broken ground on the 444-room Signia by Hilton Savannah, opening in 2028. The hotel will serve as the convention center’s headquarters property, offering premium accommodations and world-class meeting facilities.
Edamah has appointed Mohammed Jalal Contracting as the main contractor for the Azure Beach Club at Bilaj Al Jazayer, set to open in Q2 2026. Operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, the project will elevate Bahrain’s luxury leisure scene and support Vision 2030 tourism goals.
