Dubai’s FIVE Holdings has secured a $460m revolving credit facility to fuel global growth and repay debt early. The group plans to invest $500m over the next two years, expanding in Dubai and Ibiza while moving into the US and Asia.
Hilton has signed an agreement to build Europe’s largest Hampton by Hilton and Manchester’s first Motto by Hilton. The two projects, set to open in 2026 and 2027, will bring over 500 new rooms to the city, strengthening Manchester’s position as one of the UK’s busiest hospitality markets.

Accor has signed Sofitel Genoa Waterfront, a 120-room luxury hotel designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop and scheduled to open in 2027. Partnering with AG Group, the project forms part of Genoa’s Waterfront di Levante redevelopment and will introduce the Sofitel brand to Liguria for the first time.
Hilton has introduced Conrad Hamburg, the brand’s first property in Germany, within the historic Levantehaus building. The 283-room hotel blends modern luxury with Hamburg’s maritime heritage, offering standout art installations, a forthcoming spa, and a restaurant inspired by Latin American cuisine.
