Aimbridge Hospitality has welcomed the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort to its rapidly growing All-Inclusive Division. The 335-key resort in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is the first US property in the division and is undergoing a $50 million renovation financed by owners Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC. The property is transitioning to IHG's voco hotels brand. It will be a family-friendly, sports-focused all-inclusive destination, with the first phase of upgrades due in early 2026. The renovation includes refreshed rooms, over six new food and beverage concepts, and expanded sports and meeting facilities.
The partnership marks a significant step in Seef Properties’ regional expansion strategy and underlines its commitment to strengthening its presence in the entertainment sector.
