Ohana Development and Manchester City F.C. have signed a landmark agreement to launch a multi-billion-dirham residential project in Abu Dhabi. Spanning 1.67 million square metres, ‘Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana’ will be the first branded residential destination for the football club. Located on the Yas Canal waterfront, the development blends the club’s global identity with luxury architectural design.
Emirates Airline has confirmed a major land deal with Dubai Investments Park to build a massive residential complex for its staff. This multi-billion-dirham project will eventually house 12,000 cabin crew members across 20 modern buildings. The site is positioned perfectly between Dubai’s two main airports to support the airline as it grows and moves operations. Construction is due to start in just a few months with the first residents moving in by 2029.
A major luxury development has been confirmed for Riyadh’s Wadi Safar district through a partnership between Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global, and The Trump Organization. The project, named the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, will occupy a 2.6 million square metre site and forms part of the Diriyah masterplan. The development includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a premium hotel, and residential units designed to integrate with the local landscape.
Diriyah Company has finalised a major joint development deal with Midad Development and Real Estate Investment Company to create the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah. The project is valued at $827 million and will be located within the vast "City of Earth" masterplan in Saudi Arabia. This development includes a 159-room luxury hotel and high-end private residences covering over 235,000 square metres.
Saudi Arabia has officially opened the Hexagon Data Center in Riyadh, which is now the largest government-owned facility of its kind in the world. Classified as Tier IV, the center is a major part of the Saudi Data and AI Authority’s (SDAIA) plan to support Saudi Vision 2030. The facility spans 30 million square feet and possesses a power capacity of 480 MW. It aims to secure technical sovereignty over national data while helping to move the economy away from a reliance on oil.
A significant $1 billion agreement has been reached to develop the first major residential and commercial precinct in Bradfield City, Australia. The partnership between the NSW Government and Plenary will see the construction of 1,400 homes alongside a new university campus and a luxury hotel. This project represents a foundational move in creating the first new Australian city in 100 years. Stage 1 is set to focus on essential services and public spaces over the next five years.
