Acting as lead partner in a consortium, LTEH Offshore will manage the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of new offshore facilities alongside existing site upgrades. Fabrication work will take place across L&T yards, reinforcing its long-standing presence in the region's energy sector.
AEW Capital Management has secured land in Charlotte, North Carolina, for ANOVA The Pearl, a 20-story luxury residential tower. Developed alongside GMH Communities and Wexford Science & Technology, the mixed-use scheme features 382 residential units and ground-floor retail within the city's growing innovation precinct. European real estate manager Redevco has acquired a 560,000 sq ft logistics facility in Widnes, Cheshire. Fully let to Jaguar Land Rover and operated by DHL, the 17-acre site supports car manufacturing operations at the nearby Halewood plant. The acquisition expands Redevco’s Industrial Outdoor Storage footprint to 5.2 million sq ft and €155 million in assets under management across 11 regional properties.
