Design Hotels has announced its largest portfolio expansion to date by adding 16 properties operated by US hospitality group Palisociety. The deal integrates over 1,000 keys across nine American destinations into its global network. The properties will gain access to Marriott International distribution channels and the Marriott Bonvoy travel loyalty platform.
KAFD DMC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Osool Integrated Real Estate Company to evaluate new property investments in Riyadh. Sun Group has signed a US$360 million agreement with an international consortium to build a massive aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul complex at Vietnam's Van Don International Airport. The project, involving HAECO, Japan Airlines and Toyota Tsusho, aims to address a severe regional capacity shortage and lower the local industry's dependence on overseas engineering hubs when operations begin in 2028.
The developer of Riyadh’s landmark business district, KAFD DMC, has secured a SAR 12 billion senior-secured Murabaha funding facility. Spanning a 15-year term, this marks the company’s first independently raised debt package. Arranged by Al Rajhi Capital alongside a syndicate of ten local and regional banks, the oversubscribed facility will fund further commercial asset delivery and infrastructure expansion across the premier financial hub.
