Sobha Realty has announced the launch of Sobha SkyParks, a 109-storey residential development set to become the tallest project in the company’s portfolio. Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 450-metre-tall tower marks a significant addition to Dubai’s skyline and represents what the developer describes as its “iconic address” on one of the city’s most prestigious corridors.

The project, comprising 684 residences, blends scale, design and meticulous craftsmanship. Guided by the company’s design philosophy, “The Art of Detail,” Sobha SkyParks features a sleek straight-line structure that combines five slender sub-towers rising together to create a visually striking form. Crowning the tower at nearly 350 metres, the Luxe Life SkyParks will feature an infinity pool deck and a resort-style terrace with floating beds, designed to provide an elevated leisure experience.

Located strategically along Sheikh Zayed Road, the development ensures direct connectivity to major hubs such as DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Design District, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah.
