Sun Property has officially introduced its latest high-rise residential development, S-Light Tower, located in the Hoa Xuan area of South Da Nang. The project is positioned at the gateway of the Sun NeO City urban area, sitting at the junction of Nguyen Dinh Thi and 29/3 streets.

The development comprises two 22-storey towers built over three basement levels, supplying nearly 800 apartments to the local market. The product mix includes studios, one-to-three-bedroom layouts and penthouses. Notably, smaller studio and one-bedroom configurations make up nearly 80 per cent of the total inventory.

Architects drew inspiration from traditional culture for the project, using a “Crane Soaring to the Clouds” design concept. The physical structures use a dominant white frame with curved details meant to replicate wide wings. Situated at the confluence of the Cam Le, Han and Do Toa rivers, the towers provide residents with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains, the East Sea and the annual Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.

The site is located 2.5km from My Khe Beach, 5km from Da Nang International Airport and 5.5km from the city centre. Local transport links are set for major expansion, with plans moving forward for the Bui Ta Han bridge to link the site directly to My Khe beach. Future regional infrastructure includes a North-South high-speed railway line and a 226,000 billion VND light rapid transit network connecting Da Nang airport with Hoi An and Chu Lai.

On-site amenities span multiple floors. Ground-level shophouses provide commercial retail spaces, while the second floor features a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a kids’ club and a family game lounge. A dedicated library is also included to serve remote workers.

The launch comes as regional authorities shift education, medical care, research and cultural facilities toward the southern corridor. Local officials are also developing nearby industrial zones and inland waterway tourism routes to build an international tourism hub between Da Nang and Hoi An.

Property titles will be delivered with transparent legal documentation granting long-term ownership rights.
