Dar Global Capital Partners (DGCP) has announced a strategic mandate to deploy capital across real estate markets in the GCC, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Dubai. The firm serves as the alternative asset management division of Dar Global, the luxury property developer listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Operating out of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), DGCP is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The platform connects institutional investors and global private wealth with international real estate assets. Driven by continued capital inflows into Dubai as a regional business centre, the business is assessing options to establish a dedicated real estate opportunities fund focused on the emirate. Across all target regions, DGCP relies on an investment strategy centred on entry valuations, structural downside protection and asset repositioning.

To strengthen governance and align operations with the parent group’s development business, Ziad El Chaar, Chief Executive Officer of Dar Global PLC, has been appointed Chairman of DGCP. The move follows Dar Global’s recent transfer to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category on the London Stock Exchange and the expansion of its global project pipeline to $23 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV).

“Through Dar Global, we built an international platform serving investors from more than 125 nationalities,” said Ziad El Chaar, Chairman of Dar Global Capital Partners and CEO of Dar Global. “With DGCP, we are taking the natural next step by establishing an institutional-grade, regulated vehicle that enables investors to access compelling cross-border real estate investments through a disciplined, value-oriented framework. While we pursue acquisitions across leading global gateway cities, Dubai’s exceptional fundamentals offer strong potential for targeted capital deployment.”

DGCP provides specialised advisory and asset management capabilities aimed at long-term value creation for sovereign entities, institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth investors operating across multiple global jurisdictions.
