Taiwanese manufacturer Suntoward Tech Philippine Inc. has partnered with AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) to establish its first operational presence in the Philippines. Suntoward will lease over 3,800 sqm of space at ALogis Mabalacat 1 to produce floating solar components starting in Q1 2027. It has also signed a long-term lease for an 8,200 sqm industrial lot at Batangas Technopark to support future growth.
