Ares Real Estate and PSP Investments have launched a new joint venture targeting up to $2.4 billion in US logistics property. The partnership combines Ares’ operational platform with PSP Investments’ capital, focusing on prime industrial markets across the US. Sourced by Marq Logistics, the venture launches with a 5.2 million-square-foot seed portfolio spread across 14 properties in key regions including California, Texas and New Jersey.
