Petrovietnam has signed major energy agreements with American firms during General Secretary and President To Lam's working visit to the United States. Deals inked with Chevron, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific and Murphy Oil aim to secure crude supplies, advance offshore developments and attract funding. The state-owned energy group outlined a US$29.2 billion investment plan for 2026 to 2030 to join the Fortune Global 500 list.
