Developer H&H has launched Water Gardens, a new four-building mixed-use project in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Designed by Pritzker Prize winner Sir David Chipperfield, the scheme combines workplaces, residences, hospitality and retail around a central landscape designed by Bureau Bas Smets. Targeting completion in 2028, the development provides 21,965 square metres of Grade A office space and connects directly to Gate Avenue.
