Ennismore has signed The Hoxton, Madrid, marking its first property in the Spanish capital and the brand’s second in Spain following Barcelona. Opening in 2026 on Plaza de Santa Ana, the hotel will feature 192 rooms, a rooftop bar, and Il Bambini Club, extending The Hoxton’s distinctive lifestyle offering across Europe as part of Ennismore’s growing pipeline.
