Private equity real estate firm Longpoint Partners has bought a 10-building industrial portfolio across Miami-Dade County for $195 million. The deal adds 729,901 square feet of functional, small-bay industrial space in supply-constrained infill locations. Currently 90% occupied by 74 tenants, the portfolio was acquired at roughly $267 per square foot, strengthening the Boston-based firm’s long-standing presence and operational platform in South Florida.
Aimbridge Hospitality has welcomed the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort to its rapidly growing All-Inclusive Division. The 335-key resort in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is the first US property in the division and is undergoing a $50 million renovation financed by owners Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC. The property is transitioning to IHG's voco hotels brand. It will be a family-friendly, sports-focused all-inclusive destination, with the first phase of upgrades due in early 2026. The renovation includes refreshed rooms, over six new food and beverage concepts, and expanded sports and meeting facilities.
