The transaction, structured as a sale and leaseback deal with Martin Belaysoud Expansion, sees technical equipment distributor Téréva take a 12-year fixed lease. Construction on the Class A facility begins in late 2026, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
Parkway Life REIT is expanding its European footprint by acquiring three nursing homes in southern France for €38.8 million (S$56.5 million). The transaction with senior care provider DomusVi involves a sale-and-leaseback model with 12-year lease terms. Fully funded by debt, the deal increases the trust's French portfolio to 14 properties valued at S$234.3 million, strengthening its strategic presence in the French healthcare sector.

Global investment group La Caisse and Prologis, Inc. have formed a new joint venture, Prologis Logistics Investment Venture Europe (PLIVE). The partnership begins with a EUR 1 billion portfolio of logistics assets across five European nations. La Caisse will hold a 70 per cent stake in the venture, while Prologis acts as the operating partner. The deal focuses on long-term growth through the acquisition and development of high-quality industrial properties.
