PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International have agreed to a multi-property deal to build three hospitality and residential sites in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The plans feature an 80-room Ritz-Carlton resort and 282 residences in Zagulba, a 238-unit residential tower extension in Baku, and a 152-room Le Méridien hotel in central Tbilisi.
Ambassadori Island Batumi has signed a major international investment agreement with Dubai-based HOLM Developments. The UAE firm will construct a 140,000 square metre multifunctional complex on the artificial island, representing an investment of over $250 million. The deal highlights growing foreign direct investment in Georgia's real estate market, backed by secure investment frameworks and strong economic potential in the Black Sea region.
Developers Archi and NEXT have officially launched the Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort, a 300 million dollar premium hotel and residential project in Georgia. Situated on the Black Sea coast near Batumi, the three-building complex will feature a luxury hotel, private apartments, a casino and a 3,000 square metre wellness zone. The development aims to elevate regional tourism standards and boost local employment.
CIM Group, Centennial Yards Company, and The Drew Company have partnered to bring a Virgin Hotel to the $5 billion Centennial Yards development in Atlanta. Scheduled for 2027, the 261-room hotel will feature the brand’s signature 'Chambers' and residential-style suites. The project forms a central part of a new 470,000 square foot Entertainment District designed to revitalise the city’s downtown core.
