The 137-key property, set to open in the first half of 2029, is a partnership with Generali Real Estate and involves the extensive transformation of a historic building in Prague’s Old Town dating back to 1839. This key signing strengthens IHG’s luxury portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.
Premium-casual Canadian restaurant chain Moxies is officially opening its first Washington D.C. location on December 9, at 1111 20th St. NW, near Dupont Circle. The new flagship venue, spanning over 8,000 square feet, will serve its signature menu of globally inspired dishes. The D.C. franchise is led by former Executive Chef Brandon Thordarson, who stated the Dupont Circle area is the "perfect place" for the brand's sophisticated and social atmosphere.

EDITION Hotels has joined forces with Sotheby’s and DYNE jewellery designer Sarah Ysabel Narici to auction a unique luxury package, Verdant Reverie: The Gem of the Alps at The Lake Como EDITION. Hyatt Hotels Corporation is planning a major expansion across Portugal and Cape Verde with four new hotel openings by 2027. The expansion includes two lifestyle brands in Lisbon: Andaz Lisbon and The Standard, Lisbon. The Hyatt Regency brand will add properties in Vilamoura Algarve, targeting sports tourism, and in Cape Verde, on the island of Sal. These planned openings reflect Hyatt’s strategy to meet increasing demand for high-quality accommodation in key global markets.
Rikaz, a leading Saudi real estate developer, has forged a strategic cooperation agreement with global design firm PLP Architecture to create the distinctive Rikaz Tower in Al Khobar. Announced at Cityscape 2025, the 63,780 square metre mixed-use development near the Corniche will feature two towers: one for private apartments and another for a luxury 150-room hotel and 80 branded hotel-serviced residential units. It is a key investment in the luxury hospitality and residential markets with an expected launch in 2026.
