Saudi Arabia has launched Alsirah Gardens, a new flagship cultural destination in Madinah designed to host 10 million visitors annually. Developed by the PIF-owned company QSAS, the project uses immersive storytelling to explore the Prophetic Biography through a blend of nature and modern architecture. This initiative is a key part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goal to enhance the experience for pilgrims and international tourists.
A significant $1 billion agreement has been reached to develop the first major residential and commercial precinct in Bradfield City, Australia. The development, known as Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City spans 10 million square feet and represents a significant expansion of the partnership between the car manufacturer and the developer. Romania has announced the Dracula Land project concept, a private investment exceeding €1 billion aimed at creating the largest entertainment, retail, and technology destination in Europe.
