Mubadala Investment Company has partnered with San Francisco-based Together AI to explore artificial intelligence infrastructure opportunities across the UAE. As part of the strategic agreement, Together AI will establish a physical office in Abu Dhabi, delivering its inference models and open-source cloud computing capabilities closer to regional developers. The deal follows Mubadala's $100m investment in Together AI's Series C funding round in July 2026.
TARAF, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with sovereign investor Mubadala to explore developing a major mixed-use waterfront destination on Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island. The proposed project covers 10 plots spanning 655,000 square feet of land and roughly 5.4 million square feet of gross floor area, integrating residential, commercial, retail and dining spaces.
Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala has announced a US$325 million stake in the Hornsea 3 offshore wind project. Partnering with an Apollo-led consortium, the investment supports the development of the world’s largest single offshore wind farm off the Norfolk coast. The 2.9GW project will eventually power over 3.3 million UK homes, contributing significantly to the nation’s 2030 renewable energy targets and net zero ambitions.
