CBRE Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK-based data centre infrastructure specialist Onnec Group for £460 million in cash, plus an earnout of up to £300 million. Onnec’s 800 employees deliver network, fibre and data centre solutions across Europe and Asia Pacific. The deal expands CBRE’s critical infrastructure unit, which projects total 2027 revenues of nearly $4.5 billion.
