Real Finance, a Layer-1 blockchain network focused on the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWAs), has raised a total of $29 million in private funding. The capital includes a $25 million commitment from Nimbus Capital and a $4 million private round led by Magnus Capital. The financing is a major step in the company's strategy to expand its compliance-ready infrastructure and accelerate the onboarding of institutional financial partners.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Thai developer Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed a successful large-scale deployment of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI). The project is Thailand's first extensive use of Gen AI in the real estate sector. AWS reports that the cloud-based solutions have delivered measurable results for Sansiri, accelerating customer response times by 30 per cent and improving satisfaction scores by 25 per cent.

Founded in 2013, PropertyMe is the largest property management software provider in the region, used by over 6,000 agencies to manage approximately 1.9 million rental properties and transact nearly $40 billion annually. Vend Park, a company dedicated to transforming commercial real estate parking, has successfully secured $17.5 million in Series A funding. The investment was led by Blue Heron Capital and included participation from Nuveen’s Real Asset Ventures.
