Direct commercial lender X-Caliber Capital Holdings has closed an additional $131 million Rural PACE-X financing deal for Phase II of Marcella Landing in Park City, Utah. Developed by Reef Capital Partners, the ultra-luxury ski community has now received $313.2 million in total funding from X-Caliber. The capital will fund a second phase of townhomes and supporting infrastructure at Deer Valley East Village.
