Riyad Capital has launched a new SAR 1.5 billion real estate fund to develop a massive mixed-use site in Riyadh. The project covers 32,000 square metres on Al-Takhassusi Road and focuses on transit-oriented development. Partnering with Princess Munira bint Abdullah bin Faisal Al Saud and Naif AlRajhi Investment, the scheme will deliver new offices, homes, shops and hospitality spaces near the Al-Takhassusi Metro Station.
Chicago based firms Riverside Investment & Development and Singerman Real Estate have acquired the former Two Wells Fargo Center for $36.5 million. The developers plan to turn the 800,000 square foot office complex into a high-end mixed-use site featuring flats, a hotel and shops. Work on the Charlotte project is scheduled to begin in 2027 following the successful delivery of the firm’s first local luxury tower.
CIM Group, Centennial Yards Company, and The Drew Company have partnered to bring a Virgin Hotel to the $5 billion Centennial Yards development in Atlanta. Scheduled for 2027, the 261-room hotel will feature the brand’s signature 'Chambers' and residential-style suites. The project forms a central part of a new 470,000 square foot Entertainment District designed to revitalise the city’s downtown core.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched the first two residential phases of Mahindra Rainforest in Kanjur, Mumbai. The premium mixed-use project covers nearly 25.47 acres on LBS Marg. With an estimated development value of ₹3,000 crore ($315.6 million), the site will feature 2 and 3 BHK homes alongside retail and commercial spaces. The development focuses on sustainable urban living with over seven acres of dense green space.

Harris County has approved the 83-acre Toro District in Bridgeland. This public-private partnership with the Houston Texans and Howard Hughes Communities includes a 22-acre team headquarters and training facility. The project features $150 million in infrastructure funding and aims to generate $34 billion in economic impact. Moving from NRG Stadium, the Texans seek a world-class environment for operations while providing new jobs and community resources for the growing northwest Houston corridor.
A new community destination named BAY360 is coming to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, featuring a flagship Spinneys supermarket and a variety of waterfront dining options. Developed by DMCC and Sweid & Sweid, the project aims to improve the liveability of the district through better pedestrian access and modern lifestyle amenities. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the hub will occupy part of Lake D and include essential medical services and rooftop sports facilities.
