Dubai Holding Investments and Brookfield Properties have launched Solaya, a luxury residential development in Jumeirah 1. The beachfront project, unveiled under Dubai Holding’s Meraas brand, will feature 234 homes designed by Foster + Partners, with amenities ranging from private pools to a residents’ lounge.

Arada has awarded a AED2.18 billion contract to UNEC for the construction of Madar Mall, a landmark retail and leisure hub at the heart of Aljada in Sharjah, with completion due in 2028.
