Vingroup has broken ground on the Vinmec Can Gio International General Hospital within the Vinhomes Green Paradise coastal township in Ho Chi Minh City. Developed alongside Cleveland Clinic, the 7.4-hectare multi-speciality facility will feature 500 beds and accommodate around 500,000 outpatient visits annually. Scheduled to open in December 2027, the hospital combines specialised medical care, longevity research and luxury rehabilitation aimed at regional medical tourism.

Spanning over 400 hectares inside the Hanoi International Sports City, the development features the 135,000-seat VinFast - Trong Dong Stadium. Designed to host global events such as the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup, the site will integrate elite competition venues, extensive training grounds and public leisure facilities.
VinMetal, a subsidiary of Vingroup, has signed a strategic agreement with Primetals Technologies to develop a major steel production complex in Ha Tinh, Vietnam. The project focuses on green and digital technology for both long and flat steel. By using advanced metallurgical solutions, the partnership aims to meet international ESG standards. The facility is expected to begin initial operations in 2027, supporting domestic and export markets.
