UAE property developer Arada has expanded into Saudi Arabia through a new joint entity, Arada KSA. Formed with lifestyle firm XTOPIA, the venture holds a SAR50 billion land bank covering 10 million square metres across strategic locations. Its debut scheme is a SAR14 billion residential master plan in north-east Riyadh comprising 3,500 homes.
