Design and consulting firm WSB has announced the acquisition of Poly, Inc., a long-standing engineering and architecture outfit headquartered in Dothan, Alabama.

The agreement expands WSB’s operational reach across the Southeast and Gulf Coast. Operating from more than 50 offices with over 1,800 staff nationwide, WSB serves government, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

Poly maintains additional offices in Birmingham, Alabama, and Shalimar, Florida. The firm provides specialist expertise in civil and environmental engineering, architecture, hydrogeological and geological services, and federal facility design. Its portfolio features the design of more than 130 military training ranges both in the US and abroad.

Through the transaction, WSB aims to enhance its municipal, environmental and federal design platform, strengthening support for public-sector clients handling growth, regulatory and infrastructure demands.

Poly was established in 1959 as a quality-focused engineering and design consultancy.
