Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract valued at nearly AED 1 billion to GCC Contracting for Phase 7 of Nad Al Sheba Gardens. The contract expands the existing gated community and covers 272 new residences, including 130 villas and 142 townhouses.

The development will offer three-bedroom townhouses alongside four- to seven-bedroom villas. Groundworks and construction have already started on site, with full project completion anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.

In addition to the residential units, GCC Contracting will build pool houses and complete all supporting utilities and infrastructure. The phase is designed with clean lines, natural materials and spacious light-filled interiors to combine modern architectural style with practical family living.
