Dubai Holding has awarded an AED 5 billion construction contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME). Witnessed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Group's largest contract to date finances the construction of its new group headquarters and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and SCDA Architects respectively, the developments will be completed in 2029 and 2030.
Meraas has awarded Parkway International Contracting a main construction contract valued at over AED 590 million for Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane. The project will deliver 394 new apartments across four buildings in central Dubai. Groundwork and initial building works are currently underway on the site, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028.

The programme serves UAE Nationals and residents buying off-plan or finished properties across Nakheel, Meraas and Dubai Properties. It introduces automated pre-approvals and early financing options once construction reaches 30%, offering conventional and Islamic options alongside premium banking rewards.
