Global hotel owner and operator Minor Hotels has launched Life Longevity, a new wellness brand designed to connect its services, properties and future projects within a single network.

The project blends clinical science with complementary medicine and luxury hospitality to deliver ongoing care as guests move between locations. Originating in Thailand, the brand operates across resort, urban and residential settings. The flagship resort, Layan Life by Anantara, is currently welcoming guests at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort.

The brand’s first city site, Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok, opens this autumn. Serving as a biohacking and longevity hub, the urban location focuses on advanced therapies, diagnostics and medical aesthetics. Minor Hotels plans to expand the concept to major gateway cities and resort destinations globally.

“Our ambition isn’t simply to take part in wellness, but to help raise its standard,” said Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, the parent company of Minor Hotels. “Life Longevity gives that ambition a clear shape. Many places offer exceptional hospitality and advanced wellbeing. What sets Life Longevity apart is continuity: wherever guests find us, they are cared for by people who already know them, and whose care evolves as their needs do, for many years to come.”

Recent research supports the shift towards wellness travel. According to Minor Hotels’ Travel Trends Report 2026, 44% of travellers intend to add more wellness to their trips, a figure that reaches 73% among people already following wellness routines.

Guests begin their experience with consultations, diagnostics and lifestyle analysis. The Phuket resort pairs clinical diagnostics with Traditional Thai Medicine. Guests can select structured target goals, design individual paths alongside practitioners, or book single treatments. Follow-up care is provided through the Life After Layan programme once visitors return home.

Alongside the launch, the company is rolling out an optional membership programme called Circle of Life. The membership offers digital records, expert check-ins and ongoing support between visits across all global locations.

Further developments are underway to bring the concept to international markets.
