Britania Public Company Limited, the low-rise housing arm of Origin Property Public Company Limited, has launched eight residential developments in Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor valued at over 8.8 billion baht. Situated across eastern Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi and Rayong, the projects offer detached homes, semi-detached properties and townhomes. The expansion targets rising housing demand driven by industrial investment and growing workforce numbers.
Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has completed a comprehensive USD 50 million transformation to modernise the luxury property while preserving its rich Thai heritage. Originally opened in 1983, the landmark hotel renovated all 335 guestrooms, suites, and villas, upgraded event spaces, and expanded its wellness facilities. The project introduced new private pool suites and a refreshed Jim Thompson Explorer Suite.
Ennismore has partnered with Central Group Capital to introduce the luxury all-inclusive Rixos brand to Thailand. Following an extensive refurbishment, Rixos Water World Phuket will open in early 2028 along Mai Khao beach. Japanese developer Mitsubishi Estate has partnered with Central Pattana to build a 43-billion-yen mixed-use tower in Bangkok. Located in the popular Siam Square area, the 42-storey development will blend flagship luxury retail, modern workspaces, and the Thai debut of 25hours hotels. Construction is underway and phase openings will start in 2027.
