Minor Hotels' newly launched wellness brand, Life Longevity, has been named a Strategic Partner for the 2026 Global Wellness Summit in Phuket. The invitation-only event, marking its 20th anniversary, takes place from 10 to 13 November near the brand's flagship site.
Anantara has opened Anantara Tented Camp Kafue River, marking its debut safari property in Africa during its 25th anniversary year. Located in Zambia’s Kafue National Park, the 13-key off-grid retreat combines high-end safari experiences with dedicated wellness facilities. Built on elevated platforms to protect local wildlife, the camp operates in partnership with conservation organisation African Parks.

Balinese wellness brand Fivelements is expanding globally following its 2024 acquisition by GOCO Hospitality. The brand will launch its flagship property, Fivelements Samui, in early 2027. This will be followed by a major upgrade to Fivelements Ubud in 2028, alongside European developments in Switzerland in 2029 and Montenegro in 2030. The expansion integrates longevity science and diagnostic health with traditional local healing practices.
Minor Hotels has announced plans to launch Australia's largest integrated resort wellness precinct in the Hunter Valley. Opening in stages from October 2026, Avani Cypress Lakes Resort will merge the existing Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat into a 340-acre destination. Featuring 204 rooms, an 18-hole golf course and the debut of the AvaniWell concept, the complex caters to leisure, corporate and wellness travellers.
Signia Hilton has announced Signia Restore, an integrated wellness concept designed to transform how guests train and recover while travelling. The service will debut at Signia Hilton Indianapolis, which is taking bookings for January 2027. Combining high-performance training, recovery spaces, tailored guidance and retail, the initiative targets business and leisure travellers. Following its Indiana launch, Hilton plans to introduce the concept across select international properties.
