Property developer DMCI Homes has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) to provide home buyers with financing options across accredited residential developments.

The official signing took place on October 16, 2026, at the Pag-IBIG Fund Corporate Headquarters in Makati City. The agreement was executed by DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria and Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta. Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling, Pag-IBIG Fund Senior Vice President Fermin A. Sta. Teresa, Jr. and DMCI Homes Chief Finance Officer Evangeline Hernandez-Atchioco served as witnesses.

Also attending the ceremony were DMCI Homes executives Atty. Roel A. Pacio, Dennis O. Yap, Butch S. Mendizabal, Rhazelle R. Felices and Mariza A. Closa.

The pre-selling residential development Anissa Heights along P. Zamora Street in Pasay City serves as the first DMCI Homes project accredited under the initiative. Accreditation is also underway for 15 additional developments, including Allegra Garden Place, The Erin Heights, The Oriana, Verdon Parc, Alea Residences, Cypress Towers, Dansalan Gardens Condominiums, East Raya Gardens, Maricielo Villas, Mayfield Park Residences, Palm Grove, Raya Garden Condominiums, Rhapsody Residences, Rosewood Pointe and Tivoli Garden Residences.

Under the agreement, active Pag-IBIG Fund members can apply for housing loans of up to ₱10 million, subject to standard approval guidelines, loan-to-appraised value ratios and proof of income. Borrowers may combine their incomes with up to two co-borrowers, who are not required to be family relations.

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta said: “Through our partnership with DMCI Homes, we are expanding housing choices for our members, with up to 3,990 condominium units expected to become available for Pag-IBIG financing once the necessary project accreditations are completed. By combining DMCI Homes’ quality residential developments with Pag-IBIG Fund’s affordable financing, we are helping more Filipino workers and their families achieve their dream of owning a home. This partnership also supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program by bringing more quality homes within reach of our members.”

DHSUD Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling said: “Making homeownership more accessible requires sustained cooperation between government and the private sector. Through partnerships like this, we can connect more Filipino families with homes they can finance through Pag-IBIG Fund. This advances President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded 4PH Program and our shared goal of helping more Filipinos find a place to call home.”

DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria said: “This partnership reflects our continued commitment to the vision of our founder, Engr. David M. Consunji, of making quality housing more accessible to Filipino families, particularly those in the middle-income segment. By expanding access to financing, we can help more aspiring homeowners build a solid foundation for their future while contributing to the growth of stronger communities.”

In addition to expanding financing options for condominium buyers, DMCI Homes is currently assessing opportunities in the socialised housing sector to assist with national housing backlog demands.
