London-based restaurant operator The Wolseley Hospitality Group has confirmed the appointment of Laura Mills to the position of Managing Director.
Mills joins the organisation following nearly 15 years of senior leadership roles within the UK hospitality sector. She most recently served as Managing Director of The Ivy Collection, where she directed operations across the restaurant group. Throughout her career, Mills has established a reputation for team-focused leadership and developing internal management talent.
Laura Mills said: “Walking through the doors of The Wolseley has always felt like an occasion. It’s a place where European grandeur meets genuine British warmth, and where every guest, whether they’re in for breakfast or celebrating a milestone, is made to feel truly special. I’ve admired these restaurants for years, both as a guest and as someone in the industry, so it’s a real privilege to be joining such a talented team.”
She added: “My focus is simple: to protect everything that makes our restaurants so special, look after the people who bring them to life every day, and write the next chapter together.”
Established in 2003, The Wolseley Hospitality Group manages a portfolio of prominent capital dining sites. Its portfolio includes The Wolseley, The Wolseley City, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel, Colbert, Fischer’s, Bellanger, Soutine and Manzi’s of Soho. The operator focuses on all-day dining experiences, distinct interior styling and tailored customer service across its venues.
The group is owned by Minor International Trading Company Limited (MINT), which operates as the parent company of global hotel owner Minor Hotels.
