French fashion powerhouse ELLE is stepping into the Middle East’s luxury property scene, as its very first residential project in the region is set to take shape on Dubai Islands. The scheme, known as ELLE Residences Dubai Islands, is being developed by ANAX Developments under an exclusive licensing arrangement with Lagardère News, part of the Lagardère Group.

The announcement was confirmed during a signing ceremony, where Satish Sanpal, Chairman of ANAX Holding, joined François Coruzzi, CEO of ELLE International Licenses, to unveil plans for the stylish new venture.

The project will feature designs by The One Atelier, with ARQUINAUT – the studio behind the original ELLE Residences concept – guiding the overall creative direction. The design team plans to fuse ELLE’s distinctive Parisian flair with Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle, delivering a striking architectural statement that caters to modern tastes.

ANAX, known for its high-end developments in the region, brings local know-how and a sharp eye for luxury, ensuring that the project meets both the brand’s global standards and the expectations of Dubai’s savvy buyers.
