Hermitage Logistics Hub will feature a rear-load building with a depth of 220 feet and a clear height of 36 feet. The facility will be equipped with 55 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors with ramps, a 185-foot truck court, 186 parking spaces, and trailer storage. The project is slated for completion in Q4 2026.

Located along Central Pike, the site offers strategic access to Highway 70 and I-40, positioning it as a key last-mile distribution hub for tenants serving the Eastern Nashville area and the Nashville Airport submarket. Hermitage, part of the expanding Nashville metropolitan region, is home to over 2 million residents and a strong workforce in logistics, manufacturing, and transportation, creating robust demand for Class A industrial space.

“With the fundamentals remaining strong and the continued growth of the region as well as its strategic location to serve the larger Southeast population, we see Nashville as a market where tenant demand will continue to outpace supply,” said Ben Swift, East Region Market Leader at Lovett Industrial. “We are excited to have another project in this market and look forward to continuing to expand our presence in Nashville.”

The Hermitage Logistics Hub responds to a limited supply of high-quality industrial properties, offering best-in-class infill space in one of the southeastern U.S.’s most competitive markets. Marketing and leasing will be exclusively managed by Griffin Farriss, Bradley Worthington, and Andrew Fletcher of Stream Realty Partners.

Founded in 2020, Lovett Industrial is a vertically integrated logistics real estate investment platform with over 19.9 million square feet of completed, acquired, and under-construction warehouses, and 15.8 million square feet planned for future development across more than 15 U.S. markets. The firm focuses on properties differentiated by location, functionality, and quality, leveraging its founders’ combined 60+ years of industry experience.

Hermitage Logistics Hub strengthens Lovett Industrial’s growing presence in Nashville and the broader southeastern U.S., offering modern infrastructure to meet surging demand from tenants seeking premium, strategically located industrial space.
