Chedi Hospitality has announced a new luxury development in Dubai, signing a management agreement with long-term partner Al Seeb Real Estate Development for The Chedi Private Residences Downtown.

The project, which will bring the brand’s refined philosophy, A Voyage Unbound, to the centre of Dubai, follows the successful launch of The Chedi Private Residences Sheikh Zayed Road earlier this year. The first venture achieved significant commercial success, with 65% of its units sold within months of its debut.

This swift follow-up development reflects Chedi Hospitality’s clear focus on expanding its presence in the luxury residential market, working with partners who uphold the same standards of excellence and cultural authenticity. The announcement also comes soon after the unveiling of The Chedi Residences Wadi Safar in Saudi Arabia, demonstrating the group’s accelerating growth across the Middle East.
