IHG Hotels & Resorts has introduced its newest midscale brand, Garner by IHG, to Southeast Asia with the official opening of the Garner Hotel Pattaya Central. This launch in the vibrant Thai coastal city allows guests to experience the brand’s concept of “easy going stays that get you on your way.”

Garner hotels are designed to provide guests with quality, relaxed stays at a competitive price point. The brand prioritises essential guest needs, including a central location and guaranteed restful sleep, along with appealing breakfast options to start the day.

The new property is a 153-room hotel situated in the heart of Pattaya, the bustling resort town on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. It is conveniently located a two-hour drive from Bangkok. The hotel is just a short walk from Pattaya Beach, major shopping centres like Terminal21 and Central Pattaya, and a wide array of dining and nightlife venues.

The guest experience at the new Garner Hotel Pattaya Central is focused on comfort. Rooms feature soft, cosy bedding, branded bathroom amenities, working desks, and fast and free Wi-Fi access. Select premium corner rooms offer extra space and natural light through panoramic windows.

A distinctive feature is the signature Garner wall located at the reception area, named ‘Sketches of Humanity’. This feature wall displays artful portraits of various guests. It creates a memorable welcome moment that reflects how Garner hotels bring people together while celebrating the diversity of the brand’s guests.

Additional facilities cater to modern travellers. The 24/7 Garner Shop provides snacks, along with complimentary bean-to-cup coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel also features The Gather Café, a casual dining restaurant that doubles as a co-working space, and a 24/7 self-service laundry facility. For recreation, guests have access to a rooftop gym and a rooftop pool.

Garner Hotels, one of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ newest brands, continues its rapid international expansion. Since its launch in 2023, the brand has grown quickly to over 72 open hotels globally. It has an additional 80 hotels in its development pipeline, reaching destinations across Europe, the US, and Asia, including the recently opened Garner Hotel Kyoto Shijo Karasuma.
