Developer Sun Group has launched Sun Glory Residence, a 3.7-hectare residential complex featuring nearly 3,500 luxury apartments in Vinh, Nghe An. Located at the junction of Le Hong Phong and VI Le Nin avenues, the development consists of five towers, including a 37-storey building. It offers over 37 exclusive amenities, 25,000 square metres of commercial space and 10,650 square metres of green areas.
Samsung Electronics has signed an agreement with real estate developer DH Plus to supply AI appliances and B2B operational solutions for the Grants Forest Park development in Cebu, Philippines. The mixed-use complex will feature residences, a hotel, villas and an international school by 2030. Samsung will integrate its SmartThings, SmartThings Pro and b.IoT platforms to streamline energy efficiency and building operations across the site.
Knowledge Economic City has signed an agreement with Almajdiah and Capital Hill to launch a SAR 2.8 billion residential development in Madinah. Built on 97,000 square metres of land, the project features 2,700 apartments, commercial units and extensive parking. The target market includes non-Saudi international Muslim buyers under updated Kingdom ownership rules, with funding handled via a closed-ended real estate investment fund.
Knowledge Economic City, Kaden and Capital Hill have signed a framework agreement to launch a private closed-ended real estate fund valued at over SAR 2.5 billion. The fund will finance a mixed-use project in Madinah, adding over 1,500 residential units and 30,000 square metres of leasable space. The initiative aims to meet rising demand driven by religious tourism and Saudi Vision 2030 targets.
Arlington City Council has backed a major redevelopment scheme to turn 7.3 acres of central surface parking into a multi-purpose complex. Private firm Trammell Crow Company will construct at least 390 homes, commercial space and a 600-car garage, investing over $123 million. The municipality retains land ownership whilst acquiring a new Water Utilities office, infrastructure and 197 free public parking spaces under a 99-year lease agreement.
Urban Story Ventures has announced a $350 million retail and residential district for the Bend in Chattanooga, set to begin construction in 2027. Delivered alongside Hill Partners and Perkins&Will, the open-air riverfront scheme will feature shops, restaurants, Class A office space, and housing. The project is projected to generate more than 1,000 jobs and over $100 million in gross sales, with completion expected in autumn 2028.
