Founded in 2013, PropertyMe is the largest property management software provider in the region, used by over 6,000 agencies to manage approximately 1.9 million rental properties and transact nearly $40 billion annually. The investment will support PropertyMe’s continued growth, focusing on product innovation, AI features like AiMe, and potential geographic expansion.
Vend Park, a company dedicated to transforming commercial real estate parking, has successfully secured $17.5 million in Series A funding. The investment was led by Blue Heron Capital and included participation from Nuveen’s Real Asset Ventures. Altus Group Limited has announced significant changes to its senior leadership structure following the conclusion of a comprehensive strategic review. Jim Hannon, the company's Chief Executive Officer and Director, has departed his roles with immediate effect. Homemove has acquired Home.co.uk, one of the UK’s oldest property portals, to build a free-to-list platform for estate agents. The deal follows Homemove’s £3.8m funding round and aims to connect every part of the moving journey. Home.co.uk will retain its name and benefit from AI-led upgrades, while founders Horton and Shephard stay on as advisers.
