Clermont Hotel Group has announced a strategic partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, signalling a new chapter in immersive dining experiences across its London portfolio.

While the exact terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, the collaboration is expected to introduce a series of site-specific restaurants within Clermont properties in the coming weeks.

Gavin Taylor, chief executive of Clermont Hotel Group, said: “This partnership represents a significant and exciting step for Clermont Hotel Group with a collaboration that enhances our guest journey with gastronomic experiences that feel both elevated and exclusive.”

For Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, the deal is described as both a business milestone and a symbolic homecoming. Andy Wenlock, the company’s chief executive, said: “This partnership marks a powerful full-circle moment for us. While we’ve built extraordinary success on a global stage, our story began here in the UK, and there’s something meaningful about returning to our roots. Collaborating with Clermont Hotel Group not only honours where the journey started, but also fuels our commitment to the same ambition, innovation and excellence that continues to define Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global today.”

The announcement comes shortly after Gordon Ramsay teamed up with Burger King earlier this month to launch a £11 wagyu beef burger across the fast-food chain’s UK restaurants.

Founded in 1998, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global has grown into one of the UK’s largest privately-owned restaurant groups, operating 34 restaurants in Britain and a further 62 internationally, spanning the US, South Korea, France, Singapore and other destinations. The group currently holds eight Michelin stars across its global portfolio.

Clermont Hotel Group manages 14 properties across London, including the Cumberland and the Royal Horseguards, along with hotels under the Clermont and Thistle brands. The group said the partnership highlights its ambition to strengthen its position in the capital’s competitive hospitality market by fusing luxury accommodation with high-end dining.
